　　When we met Cen Xianli in the company’s production workshop, he was meticulously inspecting the manufacturing process. Dressed in a dark-blue work jacket, of medium build, he wore a constant smile as he spoke. Inside the workshop, production lines hummed nonstop, machines roared to life, and a continuous din filled the air… Cen Xianli moved deftly among them, hurrying from one line to the next.

“Over the years, we have consistently employed state-of-the-art processes and technologies to professionally research, develop, and manufacture high-precision miniature bearings, utilizing the most advanced automated production equipment available in China. We have also been tirelessly exploring and innovating, continuously introducing new products. At present, we are focusing our efforts on ultra-miniature bearings, striving to deliver even more premium offerings that fill critical gaps in industry demand,” said Cen Xianli, General Manager of Guizhou Fengda Bearing Co., Ltd., with great enthusiasm.

　　Standing before a precision bearing machining center, Cen Xianli explained that in 2023, Fengda Bearings, through continuous innovation and the acquisition of state-of-the-art equipment, successfully established production of ultra-precision micro-bearings. The bearings produced now rival international standards, not only enhancing operational efficiency but also ensuring superior product quality. At that very moment, the powerful roar of the newly commissioned machine seemed to resonate like an uplifting anthem of manufacturing, filling Cen Xianli with particular excitement.

Over the past twelve years, under the leadership of Cen Xianli, Guizhou Fengda Bearing Co., Ltd. has never ceased its pursuit of innovative development. By continuously enhancing its capacity for technological innovation, the company has grown from a micro-enterprise into a technology-driven enterprise of considerable scale, achieving a “new leap” in bearing manufacturing. At the same time, it has facilitated the transformation of the Dushan bearing industry—from its inception to its expansion, and ultimately from “scaling up” to “strengthening”—marking a transformative, leapfrog evolution.

“In 1997, I went to Zhejiang to work, initially in the bearing industry. Starting as an apprentice, I progressed to workshop management and eventually founded my own company. Bearings have become an inseparable part of my life, and it is my passion for this work that continuously drives me forward,” said Cen Xianli when reflecting on how he first became involved with bearings. During his years working away from home, he mastered the techniques of every production process, gained a thorough understanding of the various models and performance characteristics of bearings, and acquired valuable experience in bearing marketing and management. In 2007, he established his own bearing manufacturing plant in Cixi City, Zhejiang Province, and later returned to Dushan to found Guizhou Fengda Bearing Co., Ltd., thereby creating employment opportunities for nearly 100 local residents.

　　Twenty-seven years of dedicated and conscientious work have earned Cen Xianli numerous honors. Over the years, his company has been recognized as the “Dushan County Three-Star Entrepreneurial Star,” “Dushan County Outstanding Growing Enterprise,” “Dushan County Advanced Private Enterprise,” and “Guizhou Province Returning Migrant Worker Entrepreneurial Star,” among others, and was certified as a “High-Tech Enterprise” in 2018. Cen Xianli himself has also been honored as one of the “Top Ten Young Entrepreneurs in Dushan County” and an “Outstanding Entrepreneur in Dushan,” and was awarded the “May Day Labor Medal of Qiannan Prefecture.”
