The company is focused on the high-precision, ultra-micro stainless steel bearing segment, specializing in the production of miniature and ultra-micro deep-groove ball bearings with outer diameters ranging from 4 mm to 50 mm and inner bore sizes starting at 1.5 mm. Our bearings are manufactured from premium stainless steel grades such as 304, 420, and 440, achieving P4–P6 precision levels. They exhibit key characteristics including low noise, high rotational speeds, long service life, corrosion resistance, and excellent performance across a wide temperature range, capable of operating reliably in extreme conditions from –250°C to 300°C. These bearings meet the stringent requirements of various precision equipment applications. Our products are widely used in high-end sectors such as household appliances, medical devices, flow meters, power tools, aerospace, consumer drones, and automotive components, and we serve as a core supplier to renowned brands like Midea and Philips.

The company operates a 12,000-square-meter state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with more than 40 high-precision automated production lines and advanced inspection equipment, including German ZEISS three-coordinate measuring machines and Japanese Tokyo Seimitsu roundness testers. This enables end-to-end digital control and full product traceability across the entire value chain, from raw material receipt to finished-product shipment. Backed by a dedicated R&D team and continuous technological innovation, the company has secured one invention patent and 17 utility model patents, consistently breaking through technical barriers in the production of extra-miniature bearings. Notably, the company has achieved mass production of extra-miniature bearings with a minimum inner diameter of 1.5 mm—a capability mastered by only slightly more than ten enterprises nationwide. Currently, the company’s annual production capacity exceeds 50 million sets, with products serving key domestic markets such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, while also being exported to numerous Southeast Asian countries. Its consistent quality has earned the trust of customers both at home and abroad.
