The company operates a 12,000-square-meter modern manufacturing base equipped with more than 40 high-precision automated production lines and state-of-the-art inspection equipment, including German ZEISS three-coordinate measuring machines and Japanese Tokyo Seimitsu roundness testers, enabling end-to-end digital control and full product traceability from raw material receipt to finished-product shipment. Backed by a dedicated R&D team and continuous technological innovation, the company has secured one invention patent and 17 utility model patents, consistently breaking through technical barriers in the production of extra-small bearings. Notably, the company has achieved mass production of extra-small bearings with a minimum inner diameter of 1.5 mm—a capability mastered by only a dozen or so enterprises nationwide. Currently, the company’s annual production capacity exceeds 50 million sets, with products serving key domestic markets such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, while also being exported to numerous Southeast Asian countries. Its consistent quality has earned the trust of customers both at home and abroad.
