Production and Manufacturing

Our products are widely used in household appliances, medical devices, flow meters, automotive components, power tools, and other fields. We have established long-term partnerships with well-known domestic appliance manufacturers such as Midea, Philips, Supor, Xiaomi, and Joyoung, and our products are primarily sold in regions like Guangdong and Zhejiang.

The company operates a 12,000-square-meter state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with more than 40 high-precision automated production lines and advanced inspection equipment, including German ZEISS three-coordinate measuring machines and Japanese Tokyo Seimitsu roundness testers. This enables end-to-end digital control and full product traceability—from raw material receipt to finished-product shipment. Backed by a dedicated R&D team and continuous technological innovation, the company has secured one invention patent and 17 utility-model patents, consistently breaking through technical barriers in the production of extra-miniature bearings. Notably, the company has achieved mass production of extra-miniature bearings with a minimum inner diameter of 1.5 mm—a capability mastered by only a little over ten enterprises nationwide. Currently, the company’s annual production capacity exceeds 50 million sets, with products serving key domestic markets such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu, while also being exported to numerous Southeast Asian countries. Its consistent quality has earned the trust of customers both at home and abroad.
