Guizhou Fengda Bearing Co., Ltd. was established in December 2012 and is located in the Bearing Industry Park of the Dushan County Economic Development Zone in Guizhou Province. It is a private enterprise founded by returnees from Qianxinan Prefecture and a leading bearing manufacturer in the region, as well as a high-tech private company in Southwest China dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of high-precision, ultra-small stainless steel bearings. Our products are widely used in household appliances, medical devices, flow meters, automotive components, power tools, and other fields. We have established long-term partnerships with well-known domestic appliance manufacturers such as Midea, Philips, Supor, Xiaomi, and Joyoung, with our products primarily marketed in Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces. The company currently operates 32 automated production lines, achieved an output value of RMB 60 million in 2021, paid RMB 1.2 million in taxes, and provided employment for more than 80 people.

The company is focused on the high-precision, ultra-micro stainless steel bearing segment, specializing in the production of miniature and ultra-micro deep-groove ball bearings with outer diameters ranging from 4 mm to 50 mm and inner bore sizes starting at 1.5 mm. These bearings are manufactured from premium stainless steel grades such as 304, 420, and 440, achieving precision levels from P4 to P6. They feature key attributes including low noise, high rotational speeds, long service life, corrosion resistance, and excellent performance across a wide temperature range—from -250°C to 300°C—making them suitable for extreme operating conditions. This makes them ideal for meeting the stringent requirements of various precision equipment. The products are widely used in high-end applications such as household appliances, medical devices, flow meters, power tools, aerospace, consumer drones, and automotive components, and the company serves as a core supplier to renowned brands like Midea and Philips.
 

The company operates a 12,000-square-meter modern manufacturing facility equipped with more than 40 high-precision automated production lines and state-of-the-art inspection equipment, including German ZEISS three-coordinate measuring machines and Japanese Tokyo Seimitsu roundness testers, enabling end-to-end digital control and full product traceability from raw material receipt to finished-product shipment. Backed by a dedicated R&D team and continuous technological innovation, the company has secured one invention patent and 17 utility-model patents, consistently breaking through technical barriers in the production of extra-small bearings. Notably, the company has mastered mass-production technology for extra-small bearings with an inner diameter as small as 1.5 mm—a capability held by only slightly more than ten enterprises nationwide.
